Pentaethylene glycol monododecyl ether (C12E5) is a nonionic surfactant. Its critical micelle concentration (CMC) is 7×10-5 M at 25 °C.[2]

MLV Formation

Recently[3] it has been showed that the lamellar phase at 40wt% of C12E5 dissolved in 2H2O form Multilamellar Vesicles under shear rate.
